Honda Earns Customer Loyalty

Here at White Plains Honda, we were incredibly proud when our brand earned three Polk Automotive Loyalty Awards. We have always known that drivers in Yonkers, New Rochelle and White Plains have always found our vehicles to be reliable and attractive. Since we’ve been awarded with several customer loyalty awards, we think that we must be doing something right.

We would like to thank all or our 2013 Honda CR-V and 2013 Honda Civic drivers and fans. Recently our favorite compact SUV and compact car earned Polk Automotive Loyalty Awards.

Polk helps automakers determine customer loyalty by looking at customer receipts, lease agreements and state registrations. When customers come back and repurchase the same model, make, or manufacturer, then that brand demonstrates a high degree of customer loyalty and owner retention.
