Two More Honda Fit Variants

January 21st, 2013 by

If you like saving money at the pumps all while having a smaller impact on the environment than this Honda blog post is right up your alley. Recently, Honda officials announced that they plan on offering the fuel-efficient Honda Fit in two new model types.

The Honda Fit is scheduled to be offered in a sedan and crossover option sometime in the near future. Today’s culture and generation is showing an increased desire in vehicles that are both fuel-efficient and eco-friendly. Honda has noticed this trend and is working to provide an option for everyone regardless of their needs. This move is logical and it is nice to see automakers paying attention to what customers want.

While everyone at White Plains Honda isn’t exactly sure when the two new Fit variants will join our new Honda lineup, we do know that Honda plans on manufacturing all three at its new plant in Mexico. At some point in 2014 the Mexican plant will be able to produce 200,000 units at its capacity. At this time it has not been revealed if all three models of the Fit will be available in the United States. Right now all we can do is hope that they all make it to US markets.

We are urging people who are interested in the new variants of the Fit, to come test drive one of our 2013 Honda Fit model. We are confident that if you like our 2013 model you will also enjoy the new variants which are on their way. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to visit our new and used Honda dealership. We are located at 344 Central Ave in White Plains, NY 10606.
